Now that it appears that the Lake Washington bite is over, has anyone had any luck with Silvers on the sound or have the blackmouth started to show?

We hit one fish in the Lake on Saturday. Ok, two fish if you count that nasty lamprey that Cigar somehow managed to get snagged on his Coyote spoon! wink

The keeper was a nice, chrome hen in around the 8-9 lb. range. The Coyote spoon did the trick this time.

In all though, it's slow out on the Lake.

Hey Parker, which boat were you? We were in my white Willy Predator jigging for a while which was cosistently treating us right until Saturday. Did manage some 7" perch for our effort rolleyes . I think we'll be going elsewhere from here on out.

I was on the lake Saturday from about 11am to 4pm, no strikes. I used an orange wiggle wart, a red U20, and red hooks. I saw some impressive schools over by Hunts Point, but they just didn't bite. So Parker, were you fishing in the morning or afternoon?

Saltine and Jeff,

Parker and I fished Hunts Pt. Saturday from
about 10:45 to 12:30, then we moved up to
Juanita only to find the silvers up there didn't bite either. That's when I figured it
was time to get the skunk out of the boat and
put on a trout spoon, wouldn't ya know, a silver took it. We fished out of my 15' Arima. cool cool
