I have a feeling that I will not get a reliable report on this river. Both you and I know what that will mean. I am sure it has plenty of willing silvers, but how are the water conditions. Any bright fish in the East Fork?

Paranoid,
This isn't really a report, but more or less a request for information. I got this new drifter a few weeks back and have been trying to float it in every body of water I come across. Although I don't usually fish the Satsop I am planning on doing the razor clam dig in a few weeks and was thinking a float down the river on my way to the coast would be a worthwhile experience. Any information on put-ins, take-outs and general thoughts on floating this river would be appreciated.
Thanks,
JMS

East fork is fishable. Main river had 5in or so of vis at the mouth dropping Alot of fresh fish this week went bye us mostly silvers and a few nooks and dogs. Request when running the lower river please go slow past the wash out area big sleds are creating big waves which cause the washed out area to sluff in and make the lower river dirty
