Just started at my cabin....hopin it shuts down the office as I desperately want them jigs. Kinda cool...flipped on the floods out back and the elk herds is all bedded down amongst the orchard....steam blowin out their nostrils and the cows and calves all talkin. White Dog and the neighbors Black Dog and Orange Dog seemed to have declared peace with the 5x5. All of you peace and be safe.

Really doesn't get much better than this.

FJ sorry....it's just one of those perfect moments and memories for Gooose. Just awfully thankful to whomever is in charge. I think I'll
have eggs, sausage and hash browns for breakfast to welcome the morning( Gooose is not supposed to eat that stuff) but time to celebrate life a little. Again peace to all.

That same adjulation can be had, as you know, when your out hunting. I love to be in the thick of em most times coming away with only the experience. Close contact with such majestic animals often leaves me with that same type of calm. Life is good!

Morning Goose,You do have a picture perfect back yard.Just got done moving,and unloading my storage.Found a box of photo albums and just pictures.I think I actually do have a picture of the elk in your back yard.Within a couple of miles anyways.I actually have a good 30 pictures of those pets.I forgot how much time my wife and I used to spend up there.I found a coffee cup from my wife with a picture of her and my black lab on the river just before the pavement ends on it.I'm jealous but think I would be happier somewhere back in huckleberry heights.Hey how do I get on the cove's amature staff.I used to enjoy it there on the way over and then it changed ownership and the last time I stopped my dog barking in my car upset the lady and the fishing gear was being liquified.??That was a few years ago,couple anyways.

We are gettin dumped on over here and its not lookin like its going to stop any time soon.

We got about 5 inches of snow yesterday and about 5 last night on top of the other foot of snow we all ready have.
