Go to www.ifish.net Click on the discussion board link, then the banner for Amerman eggs. Word has it they're the best around. Cured or uncured I believe, And I think you can order either by phone, or the web.

I'm not real sure that Amerman has fresh eggs...he might. Be careful not to get eggs that are too mature though. They tend to be loose and milk out faster.

I ordered some online from "The Guide Shop" out of Tillamook, Or. a couple of years ago. While they were a little expensive, the quality was good, and they were shipped quickly in a styrofoam box.

I agree with Stew, I don't know if Scott has any fresh eggs right now. He is running a special on his cured eggs though if you buy a case. amerman eggs Send him an e-mail and he will let you know. Not sure if you can get quality fresh eggs anywhere right now.
