It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

Satsop needs to drop another 2 ft.
Nooch needs to drop about a foot and a half.

Now the question is.......will the rain hold off long enough for this to happen? Hmmmm, maybe. wink

A co-worker and I are planning to hit the Satsop Saturday. Our first time on the Satsop and we're wondering what part of the river to concentrate our efforts. We'll be using a 16' sled. Any info would be appreciated smile

Just spoke with a friend who was over there today. Good luck launching and retrieving, there is about a foot or so of sand/mud covering the launch itself at Hwy 12. Keys Rd. is closed due to flooding to get to the Fuller bridge launch on the Chehalis. Just info I thought I would pass along. I may try it the week after Christmas.
Good luck and tight lines, Jeff laugh laugh

The launch below the bridge was in poor shape before the flood, don't expect DOW to fix it any time soon. It has to be ugly!!!You might be better off floating.

Cyclops, that's a gravel bar launch if I remember right, and WAY too far up the river for a sled, in my opinion. Seen lots of drifters/cats use that launch, though.
