Welcome to the new posters we have on the board over the past few days. However, I've noticed that a number of posts are blatently bashing IFish, and in some cases cases, Jennie herself. These threads have now been closed.

Our boards are different to some degree, I allow a little more latitude with postings here. Does that make this board any better or vice-versa? No, they're just different ... but also the same in other respects. The similarity I'm going to bring up here is my (and Jen's) intolerance of personal attacks ... especially upon someone I consider a friend ... although we've never met in person, we've shared plenty of emails.

I'm not going to point any fingers, but I would like to ask that there no longer be any IFISH bashing on my board. Wanna bash, that's what NW fishing is for Oooops, broke my own rule, but if the shoe fits ...

Thanks for your understanding and coooperation in this matter, I hope this will be the only action I need to take in this matter.

Since I am obviously among those you have catagorized allow me to appoligize for putting you in an uncomfortable position. I'm sure you realized the posts about it came here because so many guys belong to both BBs, and only yours allowed the other sides of the story - until now; which I completely understand. It's unfortunate you were asked and compelled to put this post up as it appeared the 'situation' was drawing rapidly toward closure anyway. On the bright side for Piscatorial, you will likely have more members posting informative and fun threads.

Hope your season is going well, and it should be going really well after the high rivers come back down! Going to be a lot of big fish fun. Take care.

Thanks. As I said this is a cool site with its moderators degree of latitude and tolerance. I would ask that you request that people posting for the first time ever on your BB not take a bite out of someone else.
My apologies also too the moderators for being a bit of a bad boy...actually would appreciate an e-mail if ever again I get a little too nasty. Again really appreciate you ending this.

I think a lot of us were getting fed up with people taking thier piddly little feelings about not going to do this or not going there or whatever being brought here to this board looking for support and sympathy, let`s keep this a piscatorial pursuits board.

Same here Bob, sorry to have caused you any difficulty and it won't happen again. Just remember though, there are two sides to every conflict.

i also am sorry for bashing i-fish, it`s a good site with good people. i quit after reading the new rules over there, had no choice.

Keep the ifish groupies from hurting this place too! I like fishing as much as the others do, but let's hope it stays that way.

Well since this post might not be remembered from the first time it was posted I am pulling it back up. I am also adding to it: ANYONE who insists on continuing to bash ifish, Jennie, Bev & Dot or anyone else from there I will ban immediately. Now I know that people like to make slight comments so if I even THINK that you are referring to any of the above listed you will be banned. My patience has run out, thanks for you understanding. What's IFISH? Is it anything like UFISH??

I only read a small percentage of threads anymore. But I looked around to find any recent bashing thread that might have caused such a radical post by Fishgal, and couldn't find any.

I got a couple phone calls from friends after dinner to look at the renewal of this thread. If what I now suspect may have lead to Fishgal's post is correct, that's sure an unfortunate mistaken assumption - maybe thinking that the B & D initials in my F4 post refered to Bev and Dot? NOT. This warning by Fishgal informs that unlike the other members on this site, Jennie, Dot, and Bev are off limits on this BB. As I understand the post, even if she only thinks there's a "slight", she may ban people via assumptions. That's not a big deal to me anymore, but it seems biased. Because many of us contributing members here likely want the same protection from common lame flame posts around here. ... The B & D in my F4 post refers to Ben and Doug (Birdhunter and Fishead5), two guys that are participating in the hundreds of F4 trash talking posts on the BBs. They have witty stuff, and I figure Spooled has learned some stuff from them on how to talk smack. And I teased 4 guys with one dig in that F4 post. But I'm friends with the B & D I was referring to, Birdhunter (Ben) and Fishead5 (Doug). ... If my suspicion stated here is not correct, then please disregard this post. However, if someone knows what recent thread caused that dramatic radical statement by Fishgal, let us know so we can see what not to do. Thanks. ...
