Decided to hit a nearby river, instead of dealing with all the boat-stress of boon-doggin the Cowlitz on Sunday. Had to work on Saturday night so I wasn't up to traveling to far from home, so decided to go hit the "Dogs" instead of steelhead. After arriving at the river and seeing a few of my buddies rigs already launched, my buddy, his kid and I ran upriver to join the action. I could not believe how fresh these fish were. Fishing was great using corkies and yarn. But....I had rigged the much talked about chum killer the night before, and had noticed chums rolling right in front of the boat. First cast....chum on, and this continued all day....great fun pulling in the dogs by the snouts rather than by their appendages. If the picture loads then you will see the secret ???? weapon in its chops. I guess we will all be waiting for the rivers to drop now. Fish on! Likely the Nisqually, but looks like a ton of fun... To bad for all the rain you may have to wait until next year to get back on them late chums.. Keith

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

SteveO...
Way to break in the camera!
I got to get me a sled! I'm sick of this combat fishin!
By the way... The cow was rolling in Fish. I saw a beautiful bright silver caught at the barrier right next to me and about 8 steelies. The river was still to high and made it hard fishin. But.... if I had a boat... then life would of been easier.
Steve...
