Finally got a DB and am itching to get it in the water. Anyone down that way have a report on current conditions on the Satsop? I noticed they dropped the level on the Nooch early this AM. It must be almost perfect. Thanks

I'm going to check conditions today, possibly. I'll let you know what the Sop and Nooch are like.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

'noid,

I dunno....... The Nooch still looks pretty bad to me. Sure they closed down the dam.....some. But they're still blowing way too much water for my liking. I suppose the plunkers will be doing all right, but I wouldn't recommend taking your boat there yet.

Just drove over the Nooch and Satsop an hour ago, very very brown, might be till mid week before color is restored, As the lake is turned over, The Satsop actually has better color but both are high and brown, Fished one of the smaller rivers close to there and had a good day though....

Thanks guys! I wonder if the West fork is dumping the mud? East fork might be worth a look-see come 3000 or so. I will probably venture down that way on monday or tuesday. I will post an update upon my return.....DB
