I had to go to 3 stores to find these suckers. Got the last 2 they had. The clerk said they sold out in less than 2 days. I think the only size they make is the K13. Anybody else get one? Any luck with it?

I got 2. Used them both on Fri. Niether of them wanted to work very well with the amount of current that was in the lower Col. that day ( mild Tide). I got one hookup (lost it) on a standard K-14 no action on the lighted K-13, but I think that they would be a great plug to troll. Next time we troll we're going to run one rod with the lighted plug & two rods with herring & see what happens.

What kind of light do they have? Are they like glow corkies, or do they really have a light inside of them?

The one that i got was chartrues green and it had little batteries in it and it caused it to flash. it's strange but it works for me!

So far they only come out with the K-13. They are water activated and last for 400 hours of lighted life.They have a small bulb it the tail end that works rather well. I do think they will work better if trolled. I got four of them at the Iss. G.I. Joe's. They run out of stock fast so grab them while you can. I see it will be like last year on the K=13 no one could get there hands on at first.

Couldn't find them, but I still bought three others. K-13's and a K-14.

I have seen the lighted kwikfish in two sizes and in these colors: chartreuse, green, red, and glow. I know several eastside anglers had great success at night with these this fall and winter.

I just got off of the phone with Luhr-Jenses Co. and was told as of todate they only make the lighted kwikfish in the K-13 size. Also they are on back order to most outlets so get them when you can...

I didn't realize Luhr Jensen actually made the lighted kwik fish. The one's I've see look just like them and come in the assortment of colors I previously mentioned. I think the name is Lite fish or something along those lines. I also know these come in at least 2 sizes.
