I was reading some of your coments on the F4 thread. I am just curious, did you say you fished the Sop on Sun. and were the only one who hooked anything near there? laugh

Oh oh, I smell an upper 'Sop driftboat story coming? Were they go backs? laugh ... wink

I was referring to the mini-flotilla crew; with sleds on the lower river and off the mouth of it a ways. Local guide Wildoutdoorsman took out and went about 15+ miles to another place and got into some. Suprising no fresh fish were moving into the lower end! Rumors have it that's the case with a number of OP rivers - and that they may all be closed by 3/15. Oooouch!

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

RT,

If you pick your way through the downers, there are CHROME hatchery fish still there for those that know how to find them. I'm sure TM enjoyed his tasty chromers he took home last week.

Rising water is never your friend when fishing. If you guys would have fished Staurday, the results might have been better.

well RT was just curious. Iwas there on Sun. and actually hooked two. Lost one and caught one and missed three others. The one I lost wa a pretty nice one #15 range came off after the third time up to the bank. mad But hey it was fun, the one I caught I landed using a jig, the one I lost I was using a home made rag with a crawler for enticement. I got really wet. I also seemed to be doing better than the boats that floated by. So I was curious if you were one of them, butobviously not. laugh
