Anyone familiar with this launch? Will a 600lb 16 foot aluminum prop boat do okay to get out into the Columbia for Springers? Any better launch to hit? Any help is appreciated.

the launch at gearhart gardens that you are talking about can be a pain if you do launch there head stight up river to get to other side. don't go sraight across. the whole river from there to the mouth hes really got filled in this year. I would launch at the new launch at willow grove nice launch just head like your going to long beach the launch is just west of town. rainer has a launch also..
