One of my favorites is really easy and pretty difficult to screw up:

half mayo and sour cream
add a ton of dill
garlic,pepper,ect...

mix together (remember ton of dill) and lather on your choice of fin (note: acid in the mayo will start "pre-cooking" you fin so you can let it sit out for awhile)set over @ 425 and bake for about 15-20 minutes (can't over cook) when the lather looks like it is getting a little brown, grind up some filberts and spread over the top and toast them for a few minutes--then you are done
AWESOME!!! laugh

Thumper - Hard to improve on a classic but try this:

Combine a jar of Beaver brand Hawaiian BBQ sauce with a stick of butter, 3TBS dehydrated onion and juice of 1/2 lemon in a small sauce pan. Heat until blended (do not overheat or sauce will separate).

Pour over salmon fillets in tinfoil pans on the BBQ. Cook 10 minutes per inch thickness or until salmon flakes.

This sauce is also awesome when used to fill Coho body cavity, wrap in foil and bake/BBQ.

The dill recipe is GREAT!
