What is a good Hi-Vis line for use with spinning reels? The lines I have tried work fine on my level winds, but are too stiff for my spinning reels. Thanks for any info!

If you can find it try the Hi-vis line from Sufix. The D.N.A. in 8 or 10 lb. works great as a main line on a stradic 2000 sized spool. I run it side-drifting with a ultragreen leader. I know a couple of guides who swear by it. The maxima fiber-glow is ok, a bit stiffer than the dna but it's easy to find and it works...c/22

SUFFIX AND Izor are awesome lines and very tough. They are both manufactured by Mitsubishi and are the same line. Sportco has bulk spools (1#) of Izor Hi Vis for about $27.

Ande Envoy.......8, 10 and 12 pound. This line works very well for me. Use it to fish fall salmon....jacks, silvers, and kings.....winter steelhead........and using right now to float and jig fish.....It doesn't scare the fish, works great, is cheap.......hell of a combination!!!!

Anyone know where to get Sufix or Hi-Vis Izorline in 8# up in the north-end (Lynnwood - Everett)?
Or, can it be ordered online from someone?

I also run Izor Hi-Vis on all my Boon doggin' rods and my plug rods. Auburn sports carries it in the south end.

I use Golden Stren. At least in two pound test. Have had few problems with it. Except for knots slipping. Had to double the amount of turns on the cinch knot. My Dad loves the Stren in 12 to 20 pound range for salmon. If you want a superbraid, Tuffline Plus had a teal colored line. Don't know if they still do. Ande is my second vote.
