Got a question for all y'all.

I was thinking about fishing the sloughs between Marysville & Everett tommorrow for sturgeon. Anybody been fishing this or heard of anybody doing any good? Which is better, the incoming or outgoing tide? I don't have a FF so any tips on finding the holes. Also, there is a tackle shop in Smokey Point that usually has pretty good info on this fishery, but I'll be darned if I can remember the name of the shop. I'd like to give them a call if any of you guys know the one I'm talking about? I fished there a few years back and had trouble with my charging system, so both batts were dead and had to fight the outgoing minus tide all the way back to the boat launch. What a fiasco! Any info would be appreciated.

I know several regular sturgeon fishermen who fish
the Snoh. sloughs. The water has been real high
lately so the usual holes haven't been as productive but they have been doing fairly well.
The tackle shop you are thinking about is Hook,
Line and Sinker.I tried to look up the ph. # but
it isn't listed in the local book. The last I
heard they had moved to a new location a few blocks away.

They have moved. Go East on 531 to the next light and take a right and then a left. By the Shell Station. I think it's a Shell or it might be a 76. But what ever it's a gas station. Turn by the car wash and there it is. It's bigger and they have more and better stuff. laugh laugh wink
