i haven't fished that dock since i was 12 and thinking about taking my boy up to fish on the 2nd and wanted to know if there's anylive herring near there. Also anyone know what they're bitin' on? since i'll the kid along i figure we'll be bottom fishing and salmon until find something.

as of last year they only have frozen herring

They closed the store at the marina last year.....or was it the year before.....too many dead brain cells to remember. Anyhow, I know you can get frozen at the little store at the top of the hill. Take the road up from the north end of the parking lot, and its on the right at the light.

last year they were selling frozen herring right at the booth at the sling launch, i never did go to that little store across the parking lot...i haven't been there this year yet so maybe someone who has can let the rest of us know.
