Is the Klick fishable. I was there last weekend and it looked out due to snow melt. I doubt that it has changed much with the warm weather but I want to fish somewhere this weekend. Flows look good but I would guess visibility is still limited. Appreciate any info you can provide me with.

It's blown!! It will likely be blown until fall just as it is every year... Unless the freezing level gets below 9000 do not expect it to be fishable.

No offence but I know for me don't ever expect to get a report when the fishing is good. I keep it to myself as do most other people. Thats the only way to keep the fishing good because it does not have all that many fish well steelhead anyway.

Heard 2 reports from the weekend and both groups caught fish. One group flyfishing and the other group running sandshrimp behind divers.

Water level is good and visibility in the mornings has been around 2 feet and getting better later in the day. Temps forecasted for the week could change that in a hurry.

I don't know all the interpretations of "blown" but it is fishable right now.

J Berry,

Thanks for the report. I hit it on Saturday and found a few fish myself. I don't ever remember asking how the fishing was, just the visibility. I guess Mr. What's his knuckle must think the Klick is a Zipperlip and will be blown out the rest of the season. Oh well, so goes life.
