what should i use while fishing for cohos around hat island? i have used coho killers army truck pattern, and i did ok. any suggestions will be great thanks.

When the Silvers are in, I am a hardcore fly guy. However, my favorite lures are Wiggle Warts, Hot Shots, or #6 Vibrax spinners in colors
(in precedence) orange, chartreuse, hot pink and silver or combo's of these colors.

Assuming that you are fishing from a boat:
Try flatlining 30'-50' of line early in the morning and adding weight as the day goes on...
In early morning, Silvers will travel in the upper 30' of water. Don't be afraid to fish close to shore either (within 50'): most of the fish will be returning on the same route as they went to sea. Mid morning will probably have you targeting 45'-60' maybe slightly deeper and more open water.

I will be out there Friday afternoon trolling a dodger/white squid combo along the northern tip between hat and camano. This has produced in the past.

today my friend told me that green glow or white glow hoochies work well behind a green or red hot spot dogger. i will try all the rigs u told me to use. thanks!
