When we were fishing Neah Bay and Swiftsure Bank last year we saw large schools of coho in mid July
this year we fished there without seeing those schools [last fished there 7/20] , at the WSC meeting
Wednesday night a member had just got back from fishing out there [8/3 & 8/4] and the schools showed up
they were able to flyfish for them as the coho were sipping krill on the surface like trout sipping mayflies.
Just my longwinded way of saying that the coho are still about 2 weeks away from the schools being
here. Just fished Ft. Casey Sat. & Sun [bobber and herring] And only caught 1 4 lb'er.
