I'm not that new. Look at the year born date.
Just a little quite. And tired of the non-Pursuit topics... I like to learn, listen, then practice.
I can complain all day, but then I don't. It's a waist of my time.. I'd rather learn.
On my born "date", or near that time, some guy asked a question. "Whats a good rod"? Everone answered, nobody asked him what type of water he fished, or method, or anything. You just answered. That just blows me away. Some guy in the Midwest, bought a rod he'll never use.
And I'm from Iowa, Spirit Lake. That's where Berkely Boy likes to get his rods from. My 2nd rod.. anywhere I go is a Berkely, 8'6" HM 2 piece. I re-built it with taller guides, Line -of-flight theroy. And it works like a champ with a Callcutta 200. My favote Boonedog'n rod is a Angler's Workshop SH96L2, A 7# flyrod blank. Made y Lamaglass. It's sweet!! ( for steelhead) I trhought I'd throw that in for you salmon Anglers!
I just read a post about a Diawa 47 LC? They don't make that real?? Or I couldn't find it on there web site?
And how about the water temp question. Fish like cool water. If its 90, there not happy. If it's 55, yeah under 38, then they get slow. This is a whole another topic.
Read my born date! And Yes I'm drinking a brew!!! Jon
