It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

I like it Keith ---- alot. By the way, I think the third one over on the right might still have an adipose fin.
I saw one of your buddies at the launch the other day, said he stole your boat. I would hate to know how many they got, because we got sick of catching fish around 2.
See you on the river.

Yep, few fish in the river... The did fair well that day. They were working on some different scents out there, more of an experimental trip. Just can't wait until them silvers show and start biting... Keith

Wow! Looks like you guys can't accept the apology and move on huh? Grandpa - You must know this from personal experience. Keith - Parker does take a good photo. Composition and framing are good as well as his use of existing light. Penalty to all who piled on after the whistle blew the play dead. (my apology) Those that did can go back to your circle jerk now, nothing left to see here...

Keith,
My original intent before I let it get out of hand wasn't to pick on anyone for killing hatchery fish, it was for keeping more than a limit (or so that photo depicted) Maybe I jumped to conclusions, maybe I didn't. Everyone who responded thought I did and they sure let me know, so I apologized and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I know the story behind your photo from parker's post on the other board. If you guys want to single-handedly wipe out the hatchery steelhead runs on the NF Lewis or Cowlitz, that's up to you, and that's where you and I have a different outlook on what we get out of fishing, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Wouldn't you agree that the members of these boards kind of unofficially represent the positive, law-abiding side of the sportfishing community? After all, what do you think would happen if a bunch of snaggers signed up and started patting each other on the back and talking up snagging? The rest of us probably wouldn't like it too much and would speak up. The ONLY issue I had was the fact that the photo showed more than a limit with no explanation, and when I heard the "Hey they're only hatchery fish, who gives a [Bleeeeep!], leave my buddies alone" attitude, well, that's why I opened my big mouth.

Understood 4Salt... But as for wiping out hathcery fish? I don't think it's possible to wipe out a hatchery run that getting 200,000+ smolt planted every year at least not single handedly. For those that don't get to make it down to the lewis I just catch theirs for them... Keith
