anyone been on the north santiam? I have been about twice but have got nothing. I do not have a boat so if anyone knows if floating jigs is working i would like to know cuz i hear thats the thing to do bank fishing, a guy from ODFW told me steelies are hitting on just dead floating a worm, too, anyone else here this? Anyway, if you have any tips, i.e. techniques, colors, lures, whatever, i could use all the help i could get, thanks all
