finally after years of hacking fillets off, i found a awesome knife its called a forschner salmon slicer www.premiumknives.com its kinda of spendy 50$ but after you use it, you will like it, i woulndt drink and fillet fish at the same time though, this knife is very unforgiving im sure it will give me a trip to the ER sometime soon...
