Most any charter you take will be able to target multiple species. They will know what is hot and not, and get you into the fish accordingly.

Bring some light spinning gear along for fun off the beach cathcing baby tuna and roosters. The only lurse you need to bring are silver or silver/blue castmasters. The kind with a little red and white fly tail work best. Bring some 30 or 40 lb leader and swivels to tie off by the spinner as they have sharp teeth.

Just watch the birds and they will let you know were the baby tuna (toritos) are. They are alot of fun! hello

Where in Mexico are you headed?

It is a cruise so we will stop at several ports for a day. Cabo, Puerto Vierta, Mazatlan, and two others which I cannot recall. I have never heard of them before and can't find my itinerary at the moment. I am going with my wife and parents. One day my wife and mom are going to some lame show and glass blowing show in one of the ports. This is when my dad and I get to go fishing. The Toritos sounds exactly what I was looking for. Something with allot of action is much more appealing to me then searching for one monster bill fish all day.
