So, who all here belong to Puget Sound Anglers? I'm just curious to see. I belong to the Renton chapter.

Instead of sending e-mail to the web-site, feel free to just join them at one of their meetings. Just pick a chapter of the club that is nearest to you. I personally am a member of the Gig Harbor Chapter of Puget Sound Anglers.
Our chapter tries hard to keep the topics on fishing and not so much on the politcal side of things, although that is discussed once in a while.
Our meetings are much like the comaraderie on this board, we exchange lies and facts with each other....some of us fish alot and then some don't fish much, but are very interested.

Fishermen complaining amongst themselves has absolutely no effect on the political decisions which affect their pastime.
Anglers must organize in order to be heard.

Therefore, the Puget Sound Anglers was created.

I am a member of the Sno-King chapter.

On January 14th, we will be having a big meeting at our NEW permanent home in the Edmonds Yacht Club. Tom Nelson will be our guest speaker and we will have a raffle for a Scotty electric downrigger. We are hoping to recruit some new members at this meeting.

While political issues are important to us, they do not dominate our agenda. Our main purpose is to have fun and learn more about our favorite hobby: local fresh and saltwater fishing!
