Hey I was just wondering if any steelies are showing up around there. I hope you don't mind but since this is a popular hatchery hole I figured it didn't matter. Just looking for any steelhead period, summer or winter doesn't matter. Thanks a lot.

I haven't seen much in the way of action over there yet. Played golf at Snoqualmie Falls GC, stopped at the ramp on the way out, nothing going on. I think we need two weeks and 2 inches of rain.

I talked to someone on the Sky last weekend however who had a nice winter run.

Well St-header that is verry interestingg. I was fishing the "Big Eddy" this am (right as the fog lifted) from 11:30 till 2:00 pm. Others told me 2-3 winter-runs were picked off at the mouth of Tokul Cr. before I arrived, some 4-7 bright ones are in the feeder ck. One fella across the river from me touched a chromer with a spinner, other than that just cold-feet a lost jig and three hung-up spinners..... beathead

Hey chrome/22, how were the crowds down there. I ask because I want to go fish, but I can't get down there till 11 and if it's just full blown crowded I'll pass. Thanks man.

The crowd wasn't thier, just a couple of guys. I had the island all to myself most of the afternoon. The water is in great shape, but about 1' low for my tastes. Need more steelhead too, as of Dec. 1 you can go to barbed-hooks, bait & scent but today its a nono.....c/22

Stopped by the Fall City ramp today. Lots of folks fishing, and a few folks cleaning fish at the end of the day. Unfortunately, the fish were all dark summer runs. The guys I talked to hadn't seen any winter fish caught. River very low and clear.

Ya I fished the big eddy Saturday morning. Only for a little while. when I didn't see any hookups I figured there weren't many fish in yet. Ah well we need a good rain to move some chrome into the rivers.
