I finally figured out the perfect smoked salmon recipe.

1. Catch and clean fish making sure you bleed it when you first catch the fish.

2. On your way home stop by your buddys house and drop off salmon.

3. buddy takes to his dads house who is the worlds best smoker. He smokes goose, duck venision, trout , salmon and it all tastes great.

4. buddy calls you back in three to five days and gives you back half a salmon vacumm sealed and ready to eat.

5. repeat next fishing trip for the perfect smoked salmon everytime.

Buddy of mine did the same thing with two boxes of coho from an alaska trip. Only, he took it over to Cave Mans BBQ in Kent.

Yeah I am a little slow sometimes. Thats why their is the slow fisherman at play sign in my boat.
