Just spent a day hiking around Kayak Point and watching the efforts expended trying to catch something edible from the Pier there. There was a fine fit fellow, his wife and two boys fishing like they knew what they were doing and so I watched a bit. His voice held a bit of what was obviously a British accent. So I said I had a good friend that lived in Portsmouth and "you" sound just like him. 'Naw'he said, 'I'm from Manchester.' ... and it kinda flowed from there. Was fun, he caught something on darn near every cast.Usually a sculpin, but a flounder every now and then. A two foot shark that finally frayed his line to the breaking point......fish and chips in the rough.

Cool, when I was in manchester last the people were friendly and could drink all day it seemed like. But in some parts, I couldn't understand a word they said. Cockney I think they call it, sounded like German almost. Good to hear that you got out of the house on such a nice day.
