Floated the Wynoochee on Sunday and found a large log all the way across the river, it is about a 1.5 miles down from the wishka bridge launch. We made it over the top, a few tense moments were experienced. I would guess that this will be a bigger problem as the river gets lower to say about 1800 cfs, then you will need to portage the tree. Good luck to all and stay safe. Oh yea, got a couple of hatchery fishies for the efforts. thumbs

with the pressure that float gets, someone will cut it out with a saw shortly..........nice summer-runs.

I went over it on sunday morning then alerted
the other boat behind me by radio as we were
teaming up that day.It had been taken care of just after I pasted it and before my buddies got to it.I think the boat behind me just simply
lifted the top of the log into the water and let the current do the rest.Good luck,
