I have Photoshop 5.5 and Corel Photohouse and have tried to size down pics to put on the board, when I make them smaller they get fuzzy or spotty Thanks for any info.

Are you reducing the size (file size) of the picture or the resolution?

Often, a shrunk picture will look fuzzy on your computer but will be clear once you upload the picture to the internet.

How small are you trying to go?? A .jpg file of about 30 KB size should give a good picture and be easy to E-mail or submit to PP. View the picture at the same size as it appears on the screen (in PP) in order to estimate how "fuzzy" it is or isn't.
