Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum. This seems like the best one I've found yet. I was wondering if anyone had experience or knowledge regarding steelhead fishing on the Humptulips in general. Furthermore, does this river provide the bank angler with some steelhead flyfishing oportunities?(I posted this in the fly sect too)

yes, the hump does provided steelhead fishing to bank anglers. one spot you might want to check is where stevens creek goes into the hump, my brother went there last week and lost one. directions to this location are on another topic. good luck

When the salmon are in it's hard for buggies to get the space they needs because there are so many bankies. Right now there is hardly anyone fishing the hump because of the lack of steelies. Sundays are the heaviest.
