Hey folks,

Washington Department of Natural Resources is considering how to best manage their land at Kennedy Creek. If you fish their, you should attend their public meeting to help guide decisions. They have asked that folks planning on attending please phone or email so they can have a room large enough for everyone. See the following notice.

Do you fish, watch birds at, visit or just enjoy the Kennedy Creek Estuary?

The Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is initiating our management planning process for the Kennedy Creek Natural Area Preserve. DNR is interested in your ideas and involvement in this process. Please join us for a public meeting to learn more about the establishment of the preserve and to give your input to the planning process.

The meeting will be held on

Monday February 10th, 2003 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Olympia Center, 222 N. Columbia in Olympia (directions follow).
