Worse than bad over here. Combined with the last two years poor snow pack its not looking good for the future. I doubt we get much of a salmon run this year.

Hows this for ironic. My wife entered my name in a raffel at the local ski hill. They called me the other day to come pick up a brand new set of Atomic Beta Carve skies. About 800 bucks worth of sticks. 2100 tickets, I win, and no snow... its raining up there right now.

as of now in central Wa. the snowpack is about 70% of normal....it can still happen in the next 6 weeks....but forecast dosn't look that great.

Farmers and fish fighting for water is bad. Just remember when "normal" is used for weather conditions, it's a statistical average. Actual weather conditions range well above and below what is called normal.

Which means back bouncing for springers below bonneville dam will be the order of business. At least if there's a season long enough for them to get there.
