Try the Willamette if you want to hook a BM they are due for another discharge. Oh wait you must be talkin g about Black Mouth.

I got a 24 incher last weekend at PNP. Used a coyote 3.5 in funky chicken at 125ft in 135 ft of water.

Pt No Pt is as solid a bet as you can make on getting BM right now. Wind and tide may have a lot say about whether you catch them though. Nice thing about the point though is there are some excellant bailout spots nearby if you are struggling with either to get your fish.
