Looking for put in and take outs on the hump. Ideal drift distance around five miles. Pontooner, so ramp is not important. If anyone feels like offering some help here, it would be great.

Thanx

Well, the info I can offer you us to put in near the hatchery in the town of Humptulips just down stream from the Hwy 101 bridge. If you put in right where Stevens Creek flows into the Hump you'll be a lot better off. Right above the creek on the main river there is a water diversion dam of sorts -not to big though depending on river flows of course. As far as takeouts take a look at the road that pops out down by Big Creek as a possiblity. I think that might put you in the neighborhood of a five mile drift..... If not, my suggestion would be to call the hatchery that is there in Humtulips and ask them . Or call one of the local sporting goods stores in Aberdeen/Hoquim to get details. Good luck!
