I have family that lives in Shelton (Lake Limerick to be exact) and I was wondering if there is any good steelhead fishing down in that area. I know Kennedy Creek is good for chums, but I've never fished for steel in that area. Thanks in advance for any info.

There is but if I told you I'd have to kill ya. There is great cutty fishing on the Canal just look in all the usual spots, they are there. Go light with the fly and have a great time.

The Satsop is not too far away. hook up with highway 12 South of Shelton the follow the signs to Schaeffer St. Park.
Fish below the bridge and look for turnout to gravel bars on the way up.
The river is a bit high now.
