There's goes another $15 worth of gas for nothing.....

Hey Bob, how come you didn't get up early and reset the river cam? (j/k) I waited until after light, but the camera was still running on last nights picture, so I figured the rain probably wasn't too bad.....BOY, WAS I WRONG! Check out the pic on the camera now!

Oh well, gave some poor hitch hiker a ride from PA to Sappho any way. He was about to drown out there! hehhehe beer

It flat got with it last night. The wife and I went out to a freinds house on the Hoh. We headed back to town around One o'clock in the AM. We got just passed the White rock road and there was a tree across the road. Couple people showed up with the Sower Paws and it took us about 10 minutes to clear the road. In that time I was completely soaked head to toe. No coat, no nothing. I guess I should know better living here to bring a rain coat with me no matter where I go...... cry I'm done whinning now...

yeah, that was a doozy!! Took things from being right on the buuble to back in the trees again (Duc peaked at 31 boards) I was surprised at how many it caught off guard though ...

I've got a link on the reports page to predicted rainfall amounts for a number of spots across the state and we knew it was coming. Lots of tools out there to save you gas & ferry $$$!
