when do the springs start to run pretty good through to cowlitz? does blue creek get a fair amout of them?

The Springers that go up the Cow go to the Hatchery at Barrier Dam not the Blue Creek Hatchery. I would expect that by the end of April/early May they should have pretty good numbers up there. Tacoma Power puts out a weekely report from the Hatchery that says how many fish they have recovered at the Dam and it is usually put in the Weekender report from WDFW for the Southwest Region,
