I hear em, and got to thinking, Just what type of frogs are good to eat, bulls only, or any big ones, i hear some that seem big. And just how can you tell a bull from a different kind?
And does any one from the south end want to go out gigging?

Bull frogs have big circular looking blotches on them. I grew up catching them, they are challenging by hand, not so challenging with a spear if you know about what you are doing. They are imports to the area so feel free to eradicate away. Battered and fried, they taste like chicken, with a little bull frog flavor thrown in.
