Looking at a Crestliner 21' Phantom...lots of goodies. A 1999..... They are asking $23,500. It has a 200 Merc with a 9.9 Merc kicker- it appears to be in good shape.

I've had a 16' Fishhawk for a few yrs and can say nothing but good things.
All-welded and very nice interior for a NW fishing style boat.
Huge beam for a 16 (82 or 84"?.
Dual batteries with switch, livewell/baitbox/fishbox, wide gunwales for downrigger mounts. complete breaker panel for bilge, lights, electronics etc.
With a 40hp 4str, it goes an honest 30 and will troll all day at 0.8 mph if you want that slow.
Great boat.
