some info on where you are going would be nice. If youare fishing the columia river: anchoring using a k-15 kwikfish is good. Or any triutary: backbouncing eggs work, or plugs. Just tell us where you are going. help

On the big C, k14 or K15 kwikfish with sardine wrap. 30 inch sinker dropper to start, could be longer or shorter, depending on where you are. 3 to 8 ounces of lead. Fish the high slack to to low slack tide periods on anchor, troll herring, near the bottom on the incoming. Some incoming tides will be weak, you can anchor fish them all the way through.

I like the fickle pickle or various chartreuese and silver combo plugs.

Any advice on the Cowlitx would be helpful. We went to the lower Chehalis this morning and you were right it was a waste of time. Im looking at fishing the Cowlitz in the meanwhile. I know below the Barrier dam is ok lots of people but lots of fish. Any recommendations on were to go on the Cowlitz or what to use. I dont have any eggs so im shooting for something like sand shrimp I also bought some prawns I heard they work for the springers. Anyways and info would be nice I cant figure the Springers out!!!!
