I suppose all you out there came across the regulation on page 88 of the new book which REQUIRES barbless only hooks for ALL SPECIES in areas 5 thru 13. So when you target those Butts in Sekiu or Port Angeles you have to mash your barbs on your pretty scampi jigs or pipe jigs. I'm into catch and release but when you target the white meat guys this seems screwed up. I suppose it comes from folks explaining their way though a ticket for barbs on their darts when you know they were targeting salmon. Oh well!!
