A 10ft swell at 10 seconds apart with a 4ft wind chop on top is not for the pleasure boater. I'm sure there will be several boats too small to be out there that will try the 20+ mile one way trip....Maybe the garbage dump at Neah Bay would be a better idea. Not the real garbage dump..it is always on fire...the one under water.

There is also a flatty spot about (3) miles off shore on a 210 heading coming out of the Tatosh cut. There is a neat little bump out there. The charts say "Breakers". just NW of the bump are the in close flatty grounds.

Another spot north of seal rock off of the old neah bay resort. I loved that place as a kid.
