For those who dont fish that river how far from the salt were they, I wonder if they are the same pod that was snacken on the hood canal sea lions about a month ago. Last year in area 8-1 we stoped my boat and watched a pod go by, the big male came up about 60 yards away and just eyeballed us for about 200 yards I guess he figured we were harmless. and went about his business....DJ
