Im heading to the peninsala on Wed. is the SolDuc producing any fish?

Plenty of Springers spread out through the river. Still plenty of fresh ones coming up the Quillayute as well.

anyone hooking fish on the sol duc? how is the water looking, any color from the rain? i was told that it was to clear and needed smaller diameter lines as to not spook the fish..

It came up the other day to about 5 boards with a little runoff but is right back down to its low level for this time of the year. Light line is always a must in here when the water gets low. Lots of fun and sometimes not so much fun landing springers on 6 and 8lb line.
