Anyone no why they roped off the access point off Tualco Rd across from Hansen Farm? This was open all winter, but not now.

Some yahoo has been pulling a rope across the entrance occasionally probably to have his own private fishing spot or to keep partiers out at night. Actually last time I saw that it was a wire and hard to see. Take it down and drive in. It's WDFW property not private. I used to know the farmer who deeded that land to WDFW.

shack down there plunking and bonking native
steelhead. Those old timers think they own the place.

If it is the one just as you enter the pasture by the launch that thing has been there along time. Just un hook it, drive through and then hook it back up. It is there because sometimes they let the cows into that field.

Is there enough depth between Tualco and Snohomish to run a prop boat?

That would depend on how many props you have with you. Or I once saw a sled about 200 yds. upstream of the HighBridge above GoldBar on HyWy 2, of course he was trying to figure out where the water went. Bad place to try and come back down in a Drift Boat, let alone a sled.
