Anybody been doing any good? I'm thinking about going out on Friday,just wondering how it's been.

Have had reports from fair to good depending on where you went. Took longer to get a limit but they were still attainable. Ended up crabbing in 8' of water last time I was out because of all the commercial pots but still got a limit

It was pretty slow for us last weekend. We tried Hat Island and the bar (near the shallow water marker) and only got 3. We were mostly at 30-40 feet and it was pretty hard to find a keeper. Lots of females, though.

I think Chaser is onto something...try shallow, out-of-the-way places.

There have been a gazillion boats out there the last couple weekends and the commercials are hitting it hard, too.

I just saw the tide is gonna be a -3.7 on Friday,so I'm gonna wait a few days.
