i was looking through the fishing regs the other day and i seen at the front portion of the book that we are expecting a quite large run of pinks this year, but as i looked at the regulations for rivers, i see that pinks arent listed at all, not even to be released. has anyone else noticed this and how should i interpret this?

I suggest calling up your local WDFW if you're having a hard time reading/understanding the regs.
