Hit Southworth Thursday afternoon / evening and fished it through the high tide change with Rick68. Still pretty slow, but Rick managed to put a nice little 5lb BM in the boat. Picked it up just north of the Amittyville hump on a Grandslam Bucktail. It was the only fish on of the day. Also ran Herring and Hootchies but no other takers. Oh well, it was nice day out on the water anyway...

Your lucky man me and my little blue Weldcraft won't be out there this year due to the commitments. I guess actually that makes me the unlucky one. Have a heck of a season though I'll kill plenty next year when I am out of the Navy and can fish more.

HIt the "Ville" this morning with my dad. It was pretty slow and the tides were crappy. Caught one shaker and saw no other fish caught. The new kicker ran great with the new ez-steer. Can't wait till those kings show up.

Just to give you guys a heads up. I fished in an area around you guys and we did great on BM had 2 around 12lbs and 5 or so around 5-6lbs and the first summer king around 20lbs and lost a couple other big one. I know that some of you won't believe me but that is your choice . Good luck and they are almost here only a few week or days away. Take care and tight lines.

Hey Plugpuller, thanks for the report. Knew they had to start showing soon. Heading ver to Lake Chelan for the weekend and will start hitting the sound again on the 10th for the rest of the month! What didi you hit the Kings on? Our best luck so far has been on Hootchies and GS bucktails.
