Went fishing on Elliot Bay this morning and caught a 17# Chinook on a green GSB behind a green glow flasher at about 150'. Lost another one long before it got near the boat. Checker said they had about 20 fish for 30 boats (9:00AM). It apparently had a tag in it's head, but the adipose fin was still there. The Armeni parking lot was completely full when I got there at 5:00AM. I hope this beginners luck hold out for the rest of the season.

Got out this morning from 4:15-8:15. One 16# king (shown in photo below) at about 6:20 on a 5" glow white plug at about 125' by the east waterway. Saw a couple of others boated but the fish checker hadn't seen much when I went in at 8:30.

I went out this morning and released one small blackmouth, one dogfish, and one rockfish. Talked to the checker at aobut 9:00 and he had checked 4 fish for 18 boats. Friday morning he had seen 20 fish for 30 boats. Saturday was very slow, although the boat behind me had a nice 18# king, a smaller on, and a silver. He was trolling herring.

Fished the Bay all day on Saturday and got 3 pretty nice fish. The 3 fish that we boated were 20#, 16#, and 12#. At 8pm there were 78 fish checked for 138 boats.
