I fished pnp 2 times this week. Once in the afternoon 2-5 and I only saw one king C&R. Yesterday morning I got there at 530 am and fished til 830. the crowds are starting to show. I only saw 5 silvers landed out of 30 or so fisherman. After that I went to Salsburg point there isn't anything there.

Nailed 2 silvers out by Hat Island this morning. I had a few more takedowns today than last weekend in the same area. Lots of bait balls around. Have fun...

drove out to pnp around 430pm today and there was already people lined up on the beach all the way from where they park to around the point. After seeing that I went to 2 zipper spots and had fun.
I would give advise to people that have boats to try it out I have only seen 3 boats in 3 tripsand they did well. Have fun and your welcome. laugh

I have seen very few silvers along the w. side of whidbey and have heard the same about Point Wilson.

I think the Possession and PNP silvers are resident - "Not that there is anything wrong with that."

I have heard of a few in the 7 - 8 lbs. range in the last week, but no signifigant numbers.

However, EVERYONE seems to only be using Humpy gear. I will target coho Saturday and see what I find.

BZ,
The normal gear will work, nothing special. If all else fails use herring. We got 2 4lbs and a 5lbs today. They were all reident silvers. Good luck. laugh
